Bomber jackets have been a micro trend for a few seasons however this season they’ve come into there own and one is definitely top of my wish list. Tommy Ton has captured the bomber in street style action and I think the best high street offerings come from Cos and Topshop….

The only thing keeping me from crying at the site of seven days of rain on my iphone weather, is the thought of wearing my Burberry mac to keep me dry! I do enjoy the S/S 12 campaign however my favourite Burberry look is a timeless black and white advert from the 60’s-both pairings, the perfect Burberry couples!

The Lowry in Manchester is currently home to ‘The House of Annie Lennox Exhibition’ from the V&A. I was pleasantly surprised by ‘The House of Annie’ – At the forefront of the 80’s Electro Pop revolution the fashion icon was one of the first androgynous women in the spotlight. Her famous orange hair was the main catalyst and as I slowly realised isn’t far off the colour I want – scary! The exhibition also portrayed her feminine side. Covering an entire wall; one of the best images in the exhibition was of Annie in a pink tutu….well worth a visit!

Easter Sunday lunch, the perfect outfit??
A look from Sonia Rykiel’s effortless S/S12 show where the models stormed the egg yolk coloured runway in a mix of yellows and dusky oranges; Additions of cream and occasional border of black bought the collection together with a finale of scattered flower print dresses which topped off a collection the Easter Bunny would be proud of!!
